Crateful is a wholesale order management platform that enables wholesalers to upload stock lists and manage orders from retail stores. The Service includes features for inventory management, order processing, and business communications.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4. Subscription and Payment

Wholesaler accounts require a paid subscription after a 30-day free trial. Store accounts are free to use. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription tier
Provide valid payment information
Accept automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
